We help owners, architects, engineers, and contractors evaluate flood exposure, review existing conditions, and identify appropriate flood barrier systems and flood door solutions

before design or procurement decisions are finalized.

BK7’s Advisory service helps project teams evaluate flood exposure, vulnerable openings, existing

site conditions, system options, and budget-level flood protection strategies before drawings,

specifications, or procurement decisions move too far.

This service is designed for teams that need practical, field-aware guidance before selecting

flood doors, flood plank systems, deployable barriers, or other commercial flood protection systems.

 

BK7 provides advisory and technical coordination support only. Engineering,

design certification, permitting, installation, field verification, and site work are

performed by others unless separately agreed in writing.
